Googling to find tutorials for everything you need to know ends up taking a ton of time, and can be frustrating when you realize the info you found is outdated.

Your business is growing and you’re getting to the point where you can’t handle everything on your own anymore, so you have to start prioritizing what your time goes to.
You need to standardize your processes and be able to train potential new team members on how you expect things to be done, but it’s hard to find the time to do that AND take care of your customers AND have time to live your life!

Do I have to be using a specific membership or CRM software to sign up?
Nope! When it comes to online courses and membership sites, the strategy of what you should be doing remains the same regardless of what tools you’re using to implement.
That being said, a lot of the tutorials will be software-specific so that you know exactly what to do every step of the way. That’s why the memberships include unlimited tutorial requests. If you don’t find what you’re looking for, we’ll make it!
What is the weekly live group Q&A, exactly?
Think of it as online office hours. Sometimes you have questions that just can’t wait until a tutorial can be made for you. That’s where the Q&A comes in; you can get on that call and get an answer to your question right away! You can also just listen in to others’ questions and maybe learn something you hadn’t thought of before.
The schedule for the live Q&A will vary to try to accommodate different time zones and preferences.
What if I want to cancel?
You can cancel your plan at any time. Your benefits will remain active through the end of the last month you paid for. You can sign back up at any time as well.
