Retreat Room Bookings
Goal: Replace error-prone spreadsheets with a scalable retreat booking system.

We’ll start with a 60-minute strategy call. From that, I’ll prepare a clear written plan or video walkthrough that maps out your ideal system, so you’ll know exactly what we’re building and why.

Next, I’ll set up your system on an agreed timeline. You’ll get progress updates along the way, plus questions from me as well as answers to your questions, so you’ll always know where things stand.

When the build is complete, I’ll create easy-to-follow training videos so you can run your system with confidence. You’ll also get 30 days of post-launch support for small tweaks or questions that arise.

- Can you fix my existing setup? Yes. We start with an audit, then prioritize “highest-friction first.”
- Do you have an hourly rate? I do, but I prefer to price projects based on outcomes, not hours. That way you always know what you’re paying for, and you’re never surprised by an invoice.
- If I hire you on a retainer, what turnaround time can I expect? We’ll have a monthly call to set priorities and deadlines. For emailed questions or issues, you’ll get a response within 1–2 business days.
- What tech do you use? Ontraport and Keap are my primary CRM and automation platforms. I build membership sites in WordPress or Ontraport, and regularly work with Zapier, Memberium, LearnDash, WooCommerce, PlusThis, WPEngine, and many more.
- What’s your stance on AI? If AI helps deliver a better customer experience, I’ll use it, but never to replace real human interaction. Automation and AI should enhance how personal and responsive a business feels, not make it colder.
